Margaret Mildred Allen Cook passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of August 11, 1999 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester New York. A Funeral Mass was held at St. Leo's in Hilton New York, and she was laid to eternal rest with her Grandmother, and Great Grandparents in the Smith family plot at Holy Sepulchre in Rochester.

She left behind a wide circle of friends and generations of loved ones including 25 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, many of whom she helped to raise. In memory of Grandma, here is a photo history of her long and rewarding life.
